Currently looking for individuals with pleasant and outgoing personality to join us as Agents Assistant cum Viewings Coordinator.

Job scope include

1. Assisting Agents with office administrative work
2. Setting up viewings for Agents

Schedule – alternate 5 & 1/2 days week

Location – Upper Thomson Road

Requirements

• GCE “O” Levels
• Singaporeans & Permanent Residents
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Past experience in using MLS databases is preferred but not necessary

We are looking for energetic and vibrant individuals to join us as independent real estate professionals.

Our associates are friendly and easy-going and we believe you will have a great time with us too. You will realise that joining our team is like being part of a big family, where the atmosphere is open and welcoming.

The usual office information & support systems (such as property search database, internet access, property marketing and photography services) are readily available for your use.

We do not have a course available for you to attend, but if you are new to the industry, you will definitely be doing lots of OJT (on-job-training). We believe the best way to help new agents is through real practice sessions. You can read up on the theory yourself, in fact you can attend the Real Estate Salesperson Course.

Your seniors will lend you a hand and provide you with “leads” to help you take the 1st major step towards success. Along the way, you WILL encounter problems, and we WILL guide you through the proper process and procedures.

Commission structure will be determined based on your current experience, usually 80/20 for new agents and 90/10 for experienced agents.

Minimum requirements

For new agents – Diploma holder (preferably in Building & Real Estate) or at least 1 year experience in the property (valuation, management, marketing or investment) industry.

For experienced agents – industry certified certs such as CES, CEA, CEHA, RES, etc

Having personal transport is preferred, but not a requirement.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. Any joining fees / course fees / admin fees? — No, No, No (except the registration fees charged by CEA)
2. How do I learn, will anyone guide me? — Learn on the job, we also advise new agents to attend the RES course (unless you are already exempted) to learn the theory components of real estate transactions. There will be seniors to guide you along the process, procedures and paperwork.
3. How do I get customers or “deals”? — Through self-marketing and the company will also provide you with leads and assist you to take the first step towards success.
4. Can I do this on a part-time basis? — Yes and No. Yes because there are many part-timers in the industry. No because if you really want to succeed and be a professional, you will need 110% commitment. Please note that as of 2012, part-timers will need to seek approval from their full-time employer before being allowed to operate as a real estate salesperson.
